CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well reputed privately owned tier 2 mechanical services contractor who due to expansion require an experienced HVAC Site Manager to join their team. 

A mechanical services contractor that offer full mechanical services package to clients, who are typically tier 1 and tier 2 builders. They design, construct, service and maintain the mechanical services systems and equipment that they install across a range of building types - Commercial, Education, Government, Aged Care, High Rise Residential. 

You will be providing support to an experienced Project Manager to ensure successful site management and supervision. You will come from either an Air Conditioning or Sheet Metal / Duct Install trade background, experienced in managing / coordinating with sub contractors, organising materials, preparing site reports and overseeing OH&S.

A permanent position, offering a salary package of $100-110k + Super + Vehicle Allowance with a business that has an extremely healthy pipeline of work heading into 2020.
