CGC Recruitment are working with a leading national mechanical contractor who are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee the delivery of minor works and service based projects typically ranging from $500k up to $5m. 

Working closely with the Construction Manager and design team you will have the opportunity to work on a highly diverse range of building services projects and upgrades that include; Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Retail, Data Centre and Fit Outs / Refurbs. You will manage the life cycle of projects from initial stages through to completion, overseeing the financial reporting, managing sub contractors, and internal employees to ensure a smooth 

You will be working with a successful minor projects division within the larger organisation that currently have a number of projects on their books.
