CGC Recruitment are currently working in line with a well established national mechanical services contractor who have strong relationships with a number of top tier property developers and building owners throughout Australia. 

As a business they are specialists in providing mechanical services building solutions to clients, having a large in house service and maintenance team. Due to increased demand within the business they have a requirement for an experienced HVAC Project Manager who can work closely with and compliment their service team to take responsibility for quoting on and delivering the installation of minor works commercial HVAC projects. 

You will specialise in delivering fit outs, refurbishments and chiller upgrade / replacements typically ranging from $50k up to $3m and will manage multiple projects at any one time. Projects are typically based in and around the Sydney metro area and due to the nature of the work and client base and will be working in a fast paced environment.

As an opportunity is really well suited to someone who enjoys being consistently busy who is confident building and maintaining relationships with various clients.

A highly competitive salary package is on offer for the right candidate, offering between $110-125k + Super + $18k Vehicle Allowance. I would imagine you have a trade background in the Air Conditioning industry who originally worked in service before transitioning across into projects.
