HVAC Project Manager
Brisbane
 
Large HVAC contractor who have a significant presence in the SEQ market are currently seeking an experienced HVAC project manager to join their construction arm.
 
Reporting in to the construction manager you will be allocated to your own project/s to run independently. Projects will be $10m+ in mechanical value and typically be working with major builders on projects such as hospitals, schools, offices and shopping centres.
 
The role will lead interaction with the customer as well as managing subcontractors both operationally and commercially.
 
You will have large internal teams at your disposal for your projects who are highly capable in drafting, coordination, engineering and project delivery.
 
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following;
• Portfolio of successfully completed construction projects
• Worked for a tier 1 or tier 2 HVAC contractor
• Experienced in delivering projects at $10m+ for HVAC value
• Strong customer management
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent contracts administration
 
This is a position with a company that sets up their project managers to succeed in delivering projects. The remuneration package will reflect your ability and value to the business.
 
Note; the first project that you will be allocated to will be north of Brisbane.
