CGC Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well established mechanical services contractor who have an excellent reputation within NSW for delivering mechanical / air conditioning projects for tier 1 and tier 2 builders valued up to $10m (mechanical package value). 

The business offers a full solution to clients - taking projects from initial stages through to completion, which then they often maintain through their service and maintenance team also. The business has an in house engineering, drafting and estimating team, providing you the full support to focus on quality project delivery and client management rather than other tasks. 

The client are specialists in delivering Retail projects, however have successfully designed and delivered various Commercial, Health and Education projects. They are a specialist in the building services industry, and focus on delivering projects for key clients (well known builders) and then winning repeat work through high quality delivery. They are also selective in terms of the projects they work on, focusing more on projects that suit the capability of the business that they can make a profit from. 

The business has solid systems and processes in place, as well as the proven experience and in house knowledge in delivering a number of complex building projects, so there is always other contacts within the business and information stored you can access to assist you also. 

The business are expanding and have gone from strength to strength in recent years and this vacancy has arisen due to business growth. A permanent position, offering an above market salary package dependant on experience.
