We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support a well-structured site environment on a short-term FIFO contract commencing immediately through to mid-April (Easter)

The Role

Provide professional HSE advice and support to both corporate and site-based teams
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and initiatives
Assist with incident investigations and contribute to continuous improvement
Deliver HSE training, site inductions, and toolbox talks
Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting in line with company and client requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HSE Advisor (or similar) role
Strong knowledge of WA OHS legislation, mining regulations, and industry standards
Experience on civil and electrical construction projects
Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and travel to site
Valid driver’s licence and ability to pass site medicals and inductions

$80 - $85 Per Hour + Super
