The Company:
This tier 1 civil contractor have a requirement for a HR Coordinator to start immediately. The role will be based on their Werrington site and will require the successful candidate to be onsite 5 days a week, as you will be supporting the Project Director and HR teams.

The Company:

- Provide services around recruitment and selection
- Manage the intercompany transfer process
- Manage relocations for transferees and new starters
- Provide recruitment and selection process support for example, maintenance of staffing list database, placement of advertisements, reference checks and recruitment administration
- Liaise with HR Administrator to ensure prompt and efficient set up for staff employees for their, contracts, transfer letters, ICT requirements, in accordance with the Staff On boarding procedure
- Provide remuneration support and information to Senior Managers to ensure adherence to salary bandings and terms and conditions agreed on for the Project
- Maintain accuracy and updates to Project Staff List
- Assist in collation of data / statistics for reporting
- Assist where appropriate with HR operational and administrative support activities
- Provide reports as required
- Involvement in workforce recruitment and onboarding
- Shadow HR Advisors and Senior Advisor to understand performance management and disciplinary meetings
- Involvement in employee lifecycle
- White Card
- Drivers License
- Must have worked in recruitment in a blue collar environment
- Must have been a HR Coordinator for a couple of years' prior
- Immediate start
