Our client is a family owned business who works predominately across the the commercial sector specialising Fit outs. As a business, they are driven and place a great emphasis on promoting within! They are currently seeking a switched on HR Administrator / Personal Assistant to join their busy office based in Rosebery.

The Role

As the PA / HR Administrator, you will be reporting into the Leadership team. The role requires a highly organised candidate who is looking to make the role their own. They are seeking a mature candidate who is able to multitask, be proactive and show initiative.  

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • 2-3 years’ experience in HR administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
  • Interest in HR recruitment support
  • Good tenure in your previous roles 
  • Eager to build a career within Engineering and Construction within HR administration
  • Bubbly and confident personality  
The Role:
  • High level administration
  • Assisting HR and recruitment: so confidence and approach-ability is important 
  • Adhoc administration 
  • Team Assistant duties for the leadership team
  • Gaining exposure to projects through occasionally assisting project teams when required
