About the Business
CGC is recruiting for this Australian-wide practice, dedicated to creating people-centric environments from the large scale to the small. They have studios in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth with a combined talent of 120 architects, urban planners, interior designers and landscape architects. The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the business Marketing Strategy and all Marketing initiatives with the support of the Marketing team. This role also has a responsibility over the submissions for the Sydney office and therefore plays a pivotal part in ensuring marketing research is performed, marketing resources are available, client relationships are developed and enriched and an appropriate company image is presented to the market.

The Role:
  • Marketing strategy and reporting
  • Content creation 
  • Manage marketing database
  • Reconciliation action plan
  • Manage bids and presentations for the second division of the business
  • Lead progress updates meetings 
  • Develop PR campaigns
  • Blog and website management and development 
  • Bids and Submissions management
Skills & Experience
  • A formal Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing or other Design related Degree
  • Graphic, writing and computer skills sufficient to undertake tasks required
  • Experience managing or coordinating bids and submissions 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage large complex documents
  • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Good Team Player
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role/similar industry
  • Previous experience in an autonomous role advantageous
