An exciting position working across the entire project life-cycle from feasibility through to DA, design, construction, marketing and final sale.
  
General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with Feasibilities, Development Approval, and Consultant and Design coordination
• Projects Contract Administration i.e., RFI’s, Project Drawings, Shop Drawings, Contracts, SOW’s, PO’s etc
• Administer and process sub-contractor invoicing and progress claims
• Complete quantity take-offs and detailed tender comparison
• Assist with project’s safety documentation and regular reports i.e., safety management plans, SWMS etc
• Administer Consultant and sub-contractor’s tender’s and documentation
• Take and prepare meeting minutes
• Exposure to Project management software i.e., Jonas Premier or Cheops would be beneficial but not a requirement
