Mechanical building services contractor that operate across the Sydney construction market are seeking a general manager to join the business.
 
Reporting in to the owner for the business you will lead activities of this rapidly growing tier 2 contractor. Overseeing all facets from bid/tendering, engineering, project delivery and finances the position is key to lead and develop this already established building services contractor.
 
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following;
-          Building services contractor background in mechanical
-          Successfully delivered projects across various sectors including commercial, residential, industrial etc
-          Established relationships with tier 2 and tier 3 builders, ideally in the Sydney and regional NSW markets
-          Strong leadership ability
-          Have an in-depth understanding of mechanical engineering
