They have a solid reputation for delivering projects within the commercial, industrial, age care and more recently fitout sectors. Projects are valued from $10M to $50M and staff are exposed to a variety of projects to ensure they are challenged. 

The Position 

With strong repeat business they have secured multiple projects within the Port Macquarie region and are looking for a Site Manager initially to work on new build $20m high rise residential build in Forster.
  
We are looking for General Foreman / Site Managers who have good building knowledge coupled the ability to build and retain excellent relationship with all stakeholders. 

• Worked for a similar size builder in Australia
• Have the relevant experience to call yourself a Foreman
• A Commercial or Residential background
• High rise experience would be an advantage
• Have stability on your CV
• Competent with all OHS
• Excellent man management skills
• Able to work in team environment
• Able to lead from the front
• Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors.
