The Role

As General Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of commercial projects valued between $10M – $30M. You'll help lead a collaborative site team and oversee site-based activity, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Ideally we want to chat with a General Foreman who can delivery projects in excess of $30M however could also run projects  $10M + as a Site Manager

This project is in Wollongong however they have a lot of work coming up in South and SW Sydney so someone who could travel in this area is ideal
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site operations to meet programme and budget targets
  • Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards across all trades
  • Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress, manage site documentation and reporting
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a strong team culture

What You’ll Need
  • Trade background and building qualification (preferred)
  • Proven experience independently delivering commercial projects over $10M
  • Strong planning, buildability, and subcontractor management skills
  • Ability to foster relationships and lead cohesive teams
  • High attention to detail, especially with safety, systems, and programme
  • Competent with digital site tools and electronic systems
  • Experience in live or occupied environments (healthcare, education, aged care)
