Foreman - Refurb and Construction 

The Company

Join an Australian owned mid-tier builder that currently employs approx 120 ppl across offices on the eastern seaboard. The company is made up of multiple divisions and they have and excellent reputation in the market....The company is at the forefront of Innovation and technology however brings over 70 years of experience

Projects 

The client has indicated that they have 3 or 4 projects which have been bought forwards tot start this side of Christmas meaning they require 2 or 3 foreman. The projects will be  in Age care, Hospitality (pubs) and Education and will all be refurbishment type works involving structure 


Position

The position is for 2 x Foreman and will be on a contract basis for a minimum of 5 months - The foreman need to have sound construction knowledge as there will be some structural elements as well as internals:

The minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a foreman 
• Worked on jobs $10 mill+
• Good all rounder
