General Foreman - Large Tier Builder 

A builder who were established over 17 years ago are one of the fastest growing builders in Australia and now operate in all states with nearly 600 employees. Their NSW division is currently in a growth period and they are looking for a general foreman to work across externals, internals and Facades on a contract basis 

This well known and respected builder deliver a mixture of large fit out /refurbshment projects and large construction projects and they are looking for a Foreman to join a $200M apartment and mixed use project located close to the Liverpool area 

As a Foreman you will come from a large tier 1 or tier 2 background and will have proven experience delivering a good mixture of projects. 

The role will be a long term contract on an hourly rate so you will be paid for every hour you work 

To be successful for this role of Foreman you will need: 

• Come from a trade background
• Have experience delivering a variety of projects
• Experience with a well-known builder in Australia
• Experience on large scale projects in a similar role
• Able to manage and work in a large team
• Able to work to a tight but manageable programmes
• Excellent people skills
• Good team player
