A builder who have been established for 25 years who operate in all states of Australia are known for delivering Commercial and Industrial projects from a value of $15M to $300M.
  
The company have multiple divisions which consists of mainly Industrial Education healthcare and Government. They are one of the main players in the tier 2 category and have a solid reputation in the market

The role will be on a contract basis and you will be joining a builder who has an annual T/O of over $800 Million and have an attractive working environment. They are looking for a  Foreman who has experience of working on large construction jobs and can commit to a long term contract opportunity. 

The project will be a new build school based in the Wollongong area and will be for approx 9 months and will be an oportiunity to gain consitant work in the southern region of sydney due to multiple projects being picked up 
 

To be successful for this role of Foreman you will need:

• Experience with a well-known builder
• Ideally worked on Education projects but not essential 
• 5 years plus experience
• Able to work in team
• Good communicator
• Ability to maintain client relationships when needed
• Ability to multitask
