One of Sydney`s leading high end residential builders are looking for an experienced foreman to join their team on a full-time basis. They have been in business for over 30 years and have worked on some of the best homes in Sydney's most affluent areas. This role is an opportunity to also progress your career. 

Your first project will be to take on a high-end renovation in Bellevue Hill which kicks in the coming weeks.

You will take the lead on site, overseeing the day-to-day operations. You will ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency are maintained while managing trades, timelines, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Manage construction programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Enforce site safety and compliance with WHS regulations
• Maintain quality control and site documentation
• Mentor and support junior site staff and apprentices

About You

• Proven experience as a Foreman in high-end residential construction
• Strong understanding of architectural detail and luxury finishes
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Carpentry/Formwork background
• Current White Card and valid driver’s license
