Nationally recognised mid-tier builder looking for two immediate site foreman for high-end commercial fit out and refurb works at Tullamarine Airport in Melbourne.

8-week minimum contract role with a reputable builder that has been established for over 25-years. Help deliver a challenging $30M project in what will be a fast and dynamic live environment site.  
  
Requirements:

• 3 + years' experience as a Site Supervisor or above with a head contractor
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Trade background (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing) highly desirable
• Candidates already holding Red ASIC cards would be in an advantageous position

 
Responsibilities:

• Conduct morning meetings with trades to outline tasks, safety protocols and objectives
• Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
• Communicate regularly with airport management, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project updates and resolve issues
• Enforce safety procedures, conduct safety audits, and ensure that all workers are equipped with necessary PPE
