As a Foreman, you will play a crucial leadership role on-site, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the exceptional standard. You’ll be managing trades, coordinating with subcontractors, overseeing quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations on high-end residential projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Ensure work is completed to high standards of quality and finish
• Monitor project timelines and report progress
• Enforce safety compliance and best practices on-site
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain project momentum

Requirements:

• Must have experience as a Foreman in high-end residential construction
• Strong understanding of residential building processes and construction techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Relevant trade qualification or carpentry background preferred
