FINISHING FOREMAN -Western Suburbs

They have experienced and committed projects and office teams in place that work together to ensure the scope of works are realised while offering expert design solutions to ensure best value for money and end user satisfaction. 


Role 

With 2 high rise residential projects underway in the Western Suburbs, we are actively looking for an experienced Finishing Foremen, one for each project. You'll work as part of a finishing team of 2 reporting to the General Foremen with responsibilities for over 80- 150 apartments in one particular block.  The role will be on a contract basis and will run for 3-4 months.


Person 

To be considered for this role you must have recent experience in delivering high rise residential projects, while managing multiple trades to deliver a quality product.

Due to the speed of construction and volume or units you must be organised with the ability to get the best out of the sub-contractors to achieve program and company standards.

You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent managerial skills coupled with good time management and highly developed communication skills. 

This will suit a Finishing Foreman who has at least 1 high rise residential projects under their belt so they are able to foresee issues and problems before they arise and offer advice on best practice. 
 

Reward


The rates for the role are in the region of $60-$75 ph for the right candidate
