With a strong focus on quality and precision, they are seeking a Façade Project Engineer to oversee the delivery of façade systems on major high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Supervision – Manage the on-site installation of façade systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
  • Quality Control – Conduct regular inspections to ensure installations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordination – Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve façade-related issues.
  • Technical Support – Provide on-site technical guidance and problem-solving for façade system installation.
  • Project Documentation – Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, material deliveries, and design modifications.
  • Health & Safety – Enforce site safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Problem-Solving - Proactively address installation challenges to minimise delays or rework.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer with expertise in high-rise façade systems
  • Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding systems, and façade technologies
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
