A privately owned company that started off 5 years ago. Senior Management is made up of ex Tier 1 operators, who have been in Senior positions at the likes of Multiplex & Lendlease. Having this management the company operates in a way that has seen them go from strength to strength. They currently have an office in Brisbane and Sydney and are looking to expand their market share in both territories. 

Reporting directly into the NSW operations manager you will be managing tenders valued up to $5M within the fit out sector. This is a contract opportunity due to a vacancy appearing within the business. 

- a Minimum 7 years within the Estimation space

- Fit out experience essential

- High performer - someone good with numbers and strong work ethic

- The ability to put together tenders at short notice

- Immediately available

- Degree qualified within Engineering or a similar field.
