The Company: 

A privately owned company that started off 15 years ago. Senior Management is made up of ex Tier 1 operators, who have been in Senior positions at the likes of Multiplex & Lendlease. Having this management the company operates in a way that has seen them go from strength to strength. They currently have an office in Brisbane and Sydney and are looking to expand their market share in both territories. 

The role:

Working on commercial office fit outs valued between $100k - $1M. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple tenders at anyone time.

About you: 

- a Minimum 7 years within the Estimation space

- Ability to measure and run multiple tenders by yourself

- Fit out experience essential

- High performer - someone good with numbers and strong work ethic

- The ability to put together tenders at short notice

- Immediately available

- Degree qualified within Engineering or a similar field

- Ideally you will have Quantity Surveying background.
