Operating throughout NSW in fit out space for the last 10 years this contractor is actively looking for an Estimator to work with the sales team and Project Manager to help streamline their tender process. 

Pricing interior fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from $100k to $3m you will be used to working in a busy office environment where communication, collaboration and team work comes naturally.

Working with internal stakeholders you'll play an integral part in winning work, handing over all documentation to the relevant PM to deliver the project.

Being a small team you will need to have clear communication skills but also an ability to work independently where required.

As the Estimator you will take off qualities for all materials, labour and time requirements, develop a scope while identifying any buildability issues to ensure client requirements are met. 

Ideally, we are looking for an Estimator who has some 3 to 5 years’ experience working in the interior fit out experience as an Estimator and someone who has work autonomously and at a high work rate.
