Covering building and refurbishment projects in the commercial, education, residential, rail infrastructure and retail sectors they continue to grow through excellent customer satisfaction and delivering a quality project.

Over the past 5 years they have grown substantially now turning over close to the $20m and have already forecast an increase in revenue for the rest of 2021

The Role: 

Your role as the company estimator with be to pull apart the tender docs, create the B of Qs, liaise with the construction manager on the construction methodology and have overall responsible for the sub-missal of the tender. You will have the chance to become a leader within the company as a junior estimator will be assigned to work alongside and support you

This role will suit someone who is ready to take a step up and work more independently or someone who is looking to advance their career by working on New build projects rather than just fitout works  

About You: 

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a fit out contractor/ New build exp an advantage 

- Ideally Western Sydney based

- Strong communication skills

- Team player

- Looking to make an impact in a small team

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Quantity surveying or a similar field.
