The Company
Australian owned mid-tier builder that currently employs approx. 120 ppl in offices on the eastern seaboard. The organisation is made up of multiple divisions focusing on Major Construction, Remedial and Project Management. The company is at the forefront of Innovation and technology and brings over 100 of experience

Position
You will be joining a team of 4 Estimators and be pricing work valued from $5M - $80M across both government and private sectors. This will include Defence, Schools, Aged Care and general commercial
You will be responsible for price prelims, writing methodology, putting together programmes and bringing the full bid together ready for submission.
The current office is based in North Ryde however moving to a brand-new premises later in the year that is based in the Rhodes region.
Salary will depend on expereince however will be in the region of $170K - $180K package

Background / Key Requirements
- Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating background with related degree
- Solid background working with a commercial builder on projects valued in excess of $20M
- Must have a good understanding of the local market and understand how to build.
- Knowledge and relationships with local trade base
