The Position

As Site Manager, you’ll take charge of delivering a newly awarded $40M flagship hospitality project in Sydney South. While classified as a fitout, the project includes façade and structural components, making strong construction knowledge essential.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities in a live environment, ensuring works are delivered safely, to program, and to a high standard. Leading a dedicated site team, you'll drive quality, safety, and a smooth handover — all while maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

This is a high-profile build offering complexity, craftsmanship and the opportunity to make your mark with a design-led, collaborative builder.

Salary will be in line with experience, $220K – 230K

Background / Experience
  • Carpentry trade qualified; tertiary qualification a plus
  • Proven experience delivering projects $25M+ as a Site Manager 
  • Strong client management and team leadership skills
  • Excellent buildability, planning, and programming ability
  • Solid knowledge of trades and driving project momentum
  • Strong admin skills with good budget, prelim and variation control
  • Committed to safety and systems compliance
  • Tech-savvy; familiar with digital site management tools
