About You

• 3+ years' experience as an Estimator with a commercial builder
• Experience across fit out / refurbishment / commercial projects
• Confident working on projects from $1M - $30M
• Strong analytical and costing skills with attention to detail
• Enjoys a collaborative, design-focused project environment
• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred

Experienced Estimator to hit the ground running. 
Salary - up to $150k package 
 
The Role
 
This position will see you working closely with the Directors, preparing detailed estimates and bid submissions for refurbishment, fit-out and new-build projects across Sydney.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare first principles estimates for fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Complete quantity take-offs, trade breakups and cost analysis
• Coordinate subcontractor pricing, negotiations and comparisons
• Assist in tender submissions and value engineering solutions
• Work closely with delivery teams during handover to construction
• Maintain pricing databases and ongoing cost benchmarking
