For some 30 years our client has been working in partnership with nationally recognised financial institutions, offering full project life cycle for their retail and commercial fit out and refurbishment requirements, delivering projects from $750k to $2m.
With 5 divisions our client are able to offer their clients (CBA, ANZ and St George to name a few) a full suite of services including Small works, Retail and Commercial Fit Out, Electrical, Joinery and Personnel Support, offering a once stop shop and first class customer satisfaction.
The Role
Due to substantial projected growth in their commercial division we are actively looking for an Estimator to join the team based in South Sydney to take on full responsibility for Estimating building and fit out or refurbishment works.
Working as an estimator you would be working on projects up to $3m in value. This is a great opportunity to join a Shire based builder who have one of the best staff retention rates in Sydney.

- Experience tendering $3M plus projects
- Fully competent with Buildsoft
- Have your own industry contacts
- Strong client relationships
- Ability to tender competitively
- Stability on your CV with other Australian builders
