The Position 

• Based near Sydney Olympic Park 
• Commissioning and preparation of bill of quantities.
• Review tender and contract documentation.
• Preparation of tender packages.
• Request and review subcontractor & supplier quotations.
• Issue client Requests for Information.
• Prepare Tender submissions inclusive of tender schedules, construction methodologies, manufacturing programs, staging plans, etc

About you:

• Trade qualifications in Joinery OR previous experience in fit-out/ceiling/linings/construction estimating. 
• 2 years + in a similar role
• Be well presented and carry excellent communication skills
• Bring innovation and collaborative enthusiasm.
• Able to interpret and read CAD drawings.
