- An established and well-regarded cost / commercial consultancy who specialise in, Commercial Advisory, Dispute Resolution and Claim Management are looking to bolster their team with the appointment of a Commercial Manager. Joining a team of highly skilled construction / legal professionals working from their smart new offices in Sydney CBD.
- Strategic hire with a view to grow current team consisting of 8 to 12 over the next 3 years, this role is part of this strategic growth.
- Client facing role with an empathise on value add and positive results to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Seeking a legal biased commercial manager who is an expert in EOT and Delay claims working on complex challenging scenarios. You'll work with tier one and tier two Construction and Engineering contractors so your ability to deliver excellent results while building relationships with clients is fundamental to the success of this role.
- You’ll be highly detailed in your approach, able to interpret contract conditions with a passion for winning. Working independently, you’ll enjoy a professional and relaxed atmosphere with a good work life balance.
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Law.
- Seeking some 10 years’ experience contract management / commercial management / project management / Project Director experience.
- Must have high level experience in Delay / EOT Claims – Builder or Consultancy background
- Experience on Government projects highly regarded but not essential.
- Salary – Circa $200k ++
