E&I Engineering Coordinator
  • Perth based (Mon–Fri, 38hr week)
  • $170K inclusive of super
  • Permanent role (Start ASAP)

About the Role

Work for a leading EPC contractor in a permanent Perth-based role. We are seeking an experienced E&I Engineering Coordinator to act as the technical link between client engineers and the work pack development team. This position is critical in ensuring engineering documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with project scopes before progressing to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review engineering packs received from the client to confirm all technical data is provided in line with scope of work.
  • Identify gaps and add missing or corrected technical information as required.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and ready for handover.
  • Provide validated packs to the E&I work packers to develop job cards (team of 3).
  • Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
About You
  • 5+ years’ experience in an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer role.
  • Oil & Gas project experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong capability in reviewing, validating, and modifying engineering documentation.
  • Ability to bridge technical communication between engineering design teams and field execution teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation management skills.
