The Role 

You will be responsible for coordinating, preparing and dealing with contractors for land use planning and development proposals. 
Responsibilities include;

• Ensure statutory obligations are met
• Ensure land use development does not compromise network safety
• Stake holder engagement
• Identify issues to resolve conflict

This will be a contract/temp position till mid December and be part-time 3 days per week. 
If you have strong communication and problem solving skills it will be an advantage. 

The type of background desired will be;

• Town planning 
• Legal 
• Geography
