Our client is a builder who have grown from a small fit out company to one of Australia’s largest contractors in the past 30 years. Their national project portfolio varies from a $1M fit out to a $300M high rise.

Their QLD operation has been operating for 22 years and deliver a mixture of fit outs/large refurbs and new build construction projects to a value of $100M. They have a fantastic name in the QLD market and a name that turns most people’s head.
  
The role –Design Manager 
The Brisbane office have recently been successful in securing two large projects in the health and student accommodation spaces. 
  
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join the team with immediate effect. The project you will be working on will be north of $100M.
  
What we are looking for:

• Come through the ranks with a builder or a architectural background 
• A construction degree
• Previous experience with a well known builder in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 space
• Previous health experience would be an advantage, but not essential
• Experience on projects of $70M plus
• Stability on your CV
• A team player
