The role – Design Manager
Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join this national giant. The projects you will be involved with largely be in the health sector as well as general commercial. You will sit in the office with the current Pre Construction team. Once projects start construction there will be an element of being based on site.
  
What you need to be considered:

• Either come from through the ranks from a builder or come from an Architectural background
• Previous experience with commercial/education/health will be advantageous  
• A construction related qualification
• Previous experience as a Design Manager with a builder
• Experience in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 space
• Stability with previous employers
