Founded in Melbourne over 15 years ago, and now one of Australia’s largest second tier award winning builders are looking to add some key people into their Brisbane team. They deliver a mixture of projects from $20M to $200m in the health and commercial/residential high rise sectors with their offices located just outside the Brisbane CBD.
  
The role – Design Manager
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join the preconstruction team and project delivery teams. You will be working closely with the Estimators in the pre-construction team, as well as working alongside the project delivery teams with heavy involvement in the first third of the project.

You will be involved in a mixture of health, commercial ad High-rise residential projects.
  
What we are looking for:

• A completed construction related degree
• Previous experience working for a large builder as a Design Manager
• Mixture of project experience is preferred
• Experience on projects of $40M plus
• Previous experience as an architect or a building Project Engineer
• Stability with previous employers
