The company: 

I am currently recruiting for arguably Australias' best builder. They have a nation wide presence however there strong hold is within Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. This company has the ability deliver projects in excess of $500M and currently have multiple in play. 

The project: 

With an increase in a number of new projects, my client currently requires a Design Manager for a number of residential projects in Western Sydney the particular projects are $15M ++ and in the early stages. 

About you: 

Coming from an engineering background is preferred as they project needs be managed from a design point of view as the initial design is done. Having retail experience would be preferred but not essential. 

To be considered for the role: 

• Engineer background
• Tier 1 or 2 experience
• Designed and delivered projects in excess of $10M
• Exposure to retail and commercial projects preferred
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or something similar
• Immediately available or maximum 2 weeks notice.
