Job description

Our client are a national Tier 2 Contractor with a proven background and reputation in the delivery of complex civil engineering projects across Highways, Structures and Rail Projects across the Eastern Seaboard.
They currently have a healthy pipeline of works in delivery and due to recently committed government spend across road and rail upgrade projects in QLD they have identified an upcoming requirement for an Design Interface Manager to work on a sub consultant basis to provide strategic expertise to assist in a tender for $40ml + Road Upgrade. 

Working with the Bid Team Lead the role will involve preparing response strategies for tenders, preparing methodologies for value engineering and managing designs teams. You will also be primary responsible for client interface where you will need to use expertise of working in a road construction environment to present design and delivery strategies the client.

We are actively looking to speak with Senior Engineering professionals with strong background in Design Management for D&C projects in excess of $50ml. The role will be an initial contract to provide strategic expertise to the bid team but will have the option to progress into a delivery role based on project outcome.
