Design Coordinator - 12-Month Fixed Term
Location: Perth (NoR)
Contract Type: Full-time | Fixed Term (12 months)
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + Super

What You'll Do
- Oversee and coordinate design documentation across piling, reinforced concrete, drainage, and ground stabilisation.
- Support selection and management of consultants and subcontractors.
- Provide value engineering input to optimise design solutions.
- Resolve design clashes and ensure constructability across all work packages.
- Prepare progress claims and handover documentation for completed design packages.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovative design practices.
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
- 7+ years' experience coordinating design for large-scale civil or marine projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of piling, reinforced concrete, drainage, and ground stabilisation.
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and construction methods.
- Proficient in BlueBeam, Procore, SharePoint, and other design/project management tools.
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Lead design coordination on a major, technically complex project.
