Join a reputable builder delivering high-end hospitality and educational projects valued up to $50M. Working closely with the Design Manager and site teams, you'll play a key role across both live and tender-stage projects. The team is currently employing 4 and growing.
Your responsibilities will include
- Help run and manage design meetings with external consultants
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve design-related issues
- Help Design Manager with VE and problem solving
- Producing internal reports and updates for senior management
- Facilitating communication between design, delivery, and site-based stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability principles
- Solid knowledge of the BCA and its application in the approvals process
- Experience dealing with DA compliance and authorities on design matters
- Proven ability to coordinate design activities and manage stakeholders effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
