Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a large education provider based in Penrith.
Our client is the leading provider of vocational education and training in Australia. They provide an extensive range of courses and qualifications to suit everyone from school leavers to career changers and businesses.
Role responsibilities:
- 2 -month contract opportunity with NSW State Government
- Full - Time role based in Penrith- 35 per hours week
- Earn $35 per hour + super
- Immediate start with a high possibility of extension
- Working hours Monday - Thursday 12 - 8:30 Friday 9:00 - 2 pm

Role responsibilities:
- Answering and triaging calls from a diverse range of students
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as you will be communicating directly with students from diverse and NESB backgrounds
- Proficient computing skills essential in Outlook, Excel and Word.
- You will be trained in specific systems used in this role including student management and enrolment systems/
- Record Keeping will also be a required duty.
- A valid Working with Children Check - we will not accept candidates without this.
- Eligibility to work full-time (35 hours/week)
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Proficient computing skills essential in Outlook, Excel and Word.
