The Position
  
This is a site-based position for the duration of the project (13mth). You will work as the commercial lead alongside a Project Manager and have a CA underneath to help administrator the project.

• Lead the contractual and commercial management of a $40M flagship hospitality project
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle from pre-construction through to project completion
• Manage head contract administration, subcontract procurement, and negotiation
• Review, assess, and manage variations, claims, and contractual risks
• Maintain accurate and timely cost reporting to ensure financial performance aligns with project goals
• Support the delivery team to meet programme, budget, and quality targets
• Provide commercial advice and reporting to the Project Director and senior leadership
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing, and solutions-focused project environment

Salary will  be in line with experience - $180K – $220K
