A builder who have been established for over 25 years who operate in all states of Australia are a major player in the fit out and refurbishment sectors with the capabilities of delivering fitout projects up to $50M.
 
The company has two divisions which consists of a construction arm and a fit out and refurbishment arm, they are one of the main players in the tier 2 category with their construction arm delivering commercial/industrial projects. It is for their fit out division that they require a Contract Administrator to join the team due to multiple projects recently secured in Brisbane.
 
As a Contracts Administrator you will be joining a builder who has an annual T/O of over $700M and have an attractive working environment. They will see this is a long term appointment so having stability on your CV is essential.

To be successful for this role of Contracts Administrator you will need:

• A completed Construction Management degree
• Experience with a well-known builder
• Fit out experience
• 3 years plus years experience
• Fitout/refurb experience would be an advantage
• Able to work in team
• Good communicator
• Ability to maintain client relationships when needed
• Ability to multitask and manage more than one project at a time
