The company has two divisions which consists of a construction arm and a fit out and refurbishment arm, they are one of the main players in the tier 2 category with their construction arm delivering commercial/industrial projects. It is for their fit out division that they require a Contract Administrator to join the team due to multiple projects recently secured in Brisbane.
As a Contracts Administrator you will be joining a builder who has an annual T/O of over $700M and have an attractive working environment. They will see this is a long term appointment so having stability on your CV is essential.

To be successful for this role of Contracts Administrator you will need:
- A completed Construction Management degree
- Experience with a well-known builder
- Fit out experience
- 3 years plus years experience
- Fitout/refurb experience would be an advantage
- Able to work in team
- Good communicator
- Ability to maintain client relationships when needed
- Ability to multitask and manage more than one project at a time
