This presents an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in its early stages. The director you'll work alongside boasts two decades of experience with both tier 1 builders and developers—a unique chance to learn from a seasoned professional.
Your initial tasks will involve procuring high-end duplex builds in the Eastern suburbs & North Shore with a construction cost of approx $1m-$4m.
Opportunity
As the company expands, there's potential to join as a contract administrator, working closely with the director. and be set on a path towards running your own high-end residential builds.
Initially, you'll focus on project procurement, gradually taking on responsibilities for every aspect of the projects. A passion for architecture, and experience in delivering high-end residential projects is essential for this position. Those with a design/architectural background will be given preference due to the emphasis on attention to detail.

- Administering project costs, revenues, claims, and supplier agreements.
- Initiating, reviewing, analysing plans, and overseeing contract closures.
- Effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
