I am currently recruiting for a Tier 2 builder who has gone from strength to strength. The company in question has been established within the Sydney market for 30 + years, however have been operation nationally for close to 100 years. They have over $1B worth of work currently in play nationally and are looking to expand their portfolio. 

The Role: 

Currently requiring a Contracts Administrator for approximately 8 weeks, to work on a $180M commercial building. The project is near completion so the main responsibilities of the role are going to be closing out the projects you will be dealing with variations, final accounts, documentation & claims etc.

- Tier 2 or 1 experience

- Exposure to projects $25M +

- Proven track record of handing over projects and meeting deadlines

- 7 + Years experience win the contracts administrator role

- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a similar field
