Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, scopes, and trade package letting
• Prepare and review contracts, variations, and progress claims
• Cost control, forecasting, and maintaining project budget accuracy
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company processes and project documentation
• Support the PM in delivering high-quality outcomes on time and on budget

About You

• Previous fit-out or refurbishment CA experience (office, retail, or hospitality ideal)
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, career-driven, and keen to progress within a growing business
