Our client is a well-respected privately owned tier two builder who is turning over more than $600M and currently employs over 300 full time staff nationally. They operate across most commercial sectors and hold pre-qualifications for federal and state government projects valued up to $100M.
Their QLD operation has been operating for 10 years and they have an excellent name across the Queensland building market. In QLD they are known for delivering projects in the education, health and agecare sectors from a value of $5M to $30M. They are looking to add a CA into their sunshine Coast office which has been established for 4 years.
The Position – Contracts Administrator (Sunshine Coast office)
You will be working closely with a Project Manager who is also running the office on the Sunshine Coast and joining a team which currently consist of 8 people. They are looking for a CA who has around 3-6 years experience. Clear career path to Project Manager.

- Construction Management degree or related and 3 plus years' experience
- Experience working with a commercial builder of a similar size
- Previous experience using jobpac/cheops would be an advantage

- Be based on the Sunshine Coast
