Job description
The company: 
 I am currently recruiting for a Tier 1 builder who has gone from strength to strength. The company in question has been established within the Sydney market for 30 + years, however have been operation nationally for close to 100 years. They have over $1B worth of work currently in play nationally and are looking to expand their portfolio. 
 The Role / Project:
 A great opportunity to join a highly reputable builder for a contract role. You will be working closes with another Senior Contracts Administrator and reporting directly into the Project Manager. 
 The Project is a $200M commercial build that is currently in the procurement phase. The project is located in Sydney CBD.
 About you: 
 - Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Management
 - A minimum of 3 years experience in a Contracts Administrator role
 - A minimum of 3 years local experience within Construction
 - Experience within Commercial projects a plus but not essential
