The company
Our client has been operating for over 9 years and was founded in Victoria and now also have a foot print in SEQLD. Their specialist sector is retail but they operate in multiple sectors with their project ranging from a $2M refurb to a $30M new build.

Their QLD offices are at the northern end of the Gold Coast where you will be based. If you are located on the southside of Brisbane this would be a good location for this role as of some of their projects are based in Brisbane as well as the coast.

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the QLD business where you will be working closely with your Project Manager delivering project after project for the business.
  
  
What we are looking for

• Minimum 3-6 years plus experience as a Contract Administrator with a known builder
• Completed Construction Management degree
• Stability with previous employers
• Based on the north end of the Gold Coast, or the southern suburbs of Brisbane
