Due to their reputation within the marketplace alot of their work is attained on a cost plus bases meaning that there is a true focus on delivering a project which meets every single one of their clients wishes rather than trying to penny pinch at every opportunity. 
Targeted at the high-end/ luxury side of the market they operate within the residential market on projects up too $20m in value.
About the role
The project is a $10m high end resi in the eastern suburbs. The project is currently 6months. 
The person 
* Worked in high resi projects up to $10m
* Been working as a CA for minimum 4 years in the resi sector
* Be ready to start ASAP
